Getting in touch
Email is the fastest way to reach us and the only channel we monitor for orders. Quote the order reference from your confirmation email — it is the reference Stripe issued when you paid, and it is what lets us find the sale.

Loomhouse delivers to Netherlands and nowhere else. An address in any other country cannot be chosen at checkout — not as a policy, but because a single delivery rate is only honest over a single delivery area.
Disputes
Write to us first — most things are a misunderstanding that one email settles. If that does not resolve it, a consumer in the Netherlands can get free advice from ConsuWijzer, the information desk of the ACM, and may bring the matter before the Dutch courts. Dutch law applies to these terms, and nothing on this page limits the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
